At Kinoro, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. That’s why we offer a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any issues related to the material or craftsmanship of your piece. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

We work closely with leading manufacturers to create beautifully handcrafted, ethically sourced jewelry built to last. However, this warranty does not cover jewelry with diamonds or other gemstones, hollow jewelry, lost items, scratches, or normal wear and tear (such as bent rings or broken chains), improper care or storage, or any alterations made by a third party.

To ensure the longevity of your jewelry and maintain your warranty, we strongly advise against having repairs or modifications done by outside jewelers. Any such work will void the warranty, disqualifying the item from potential refunds or replacements. This includes resizing or any form of alteration.
