Allow for a processing time of 1-3 business days, followed by an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. Please note, custom-made items may take an additional 1-4 weeks. All shipments are insured.

We offer free 90-day returns for U.S. customers on items in original condition, including all packaging. Custom-made pieces, jewelry with gemstones, and engraved items are not eligible. Items may be exchanged or returned once per piece for store credit only. To start a return, email us at info@kinorojewelry.com. Once inspected and approved, store credit will be issued within 10 business days.
